There are many ways to learn how to make your own jewellery - you can buy a book, check out some online instructions or attend a course.

Here's another suggestion: How about inviting a few friends around for coffee, or lunch, and have some creative fun together learning how to make simple or complex pieces of jewellery.

Handmade By You! workshops are available in the Brisbane area for private, or fund-raising events.

Costs range from $5 a head to create basic drop earrings and charm bracelets to $25 a head for elaborate wire sculpture workshop (materials included)
