- Ordering -
Payment can be made by credit card, by using Paypal. Paypal is as secure as it is possible to be; for more information, please visit their security page.

If you'd rather pay with a money order, please contact me and tell me which items you'd like. I will put them on hold for you and email you an invoice with a total for purchase and postage or shipping costs. Items won't be sent until the money order has been received.

- shipping & handling -
Items will be sent out within one business day of receipt of payment. You will receive an email once your item has been shipped.
Local (within Australia) postage costs are as follows:
Regular post - AUS$3.00 per item
Express Post - AUS$7.00 per satchel
International shipping costs are estimated according to where you are, and will be advised by email if you contact me before you make payment

- returns -
If you should be unhappy with your item in any way, I will accept returns if all the following conditions are met: -

• you contact me within seven days stating the reason for your dissatisfaction
  
• you return the item to me with seven working days of receipt of your email
• the item is returned unused and in the condition in which it was shipped
  

On receipt of the item, you will be refunded the cost of the item. Shipping and postage costs will only be refunded if I agree that I have made an error. I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail.

- exchanges -

You are welcome to exchange the item for another if you realise you have made a mistake in your choice. I'm willing to offer an item in exchange if:

• I'm notified within 30 days of receipt
• The item is returned in its original and unused condition

Please let me know which item you would like to exchange it with so that I can put it on hold for you. I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail

If you have a stone you would like me to set, or a special design you would like, please contact me.

- quality guarantee –

All jewellery is made, photographed and promoted by me, myself alone. Digital photography is not an exact science, so colours may vary in reality from the way they appear on your monitor.

- repairs -

Handmade jewellery is sturdy, yet delicate, and should not be treated roughly. However, I am happy to repair an item you've purchased if it should break as a result of normal wear and tear, if:

• I'm notified within 6 months of purchase AND
• The item is returned in its entirety

I will repair any item once for free. I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail.

- privacy -

I promise I will never share your information with or sell it to anyone else, ever.
